A highly accomplished, committed and versatile music and guitar teacher with 17 years of teaching, performing, studio recording, producing and musical directing experience.

Capable of playing and teaching music styles such as blues, jazz, funk, rock, metal, soul, R&B, country, folk, advanced guitar techniques and instrumental composition. Have been teaching privately for 17 consecutive years with a vast student foundation and taught groups of 2 to 16 pupils. Age range varies from 5 years old to 65 years old. In addition I am a big contributor to www.live4guitar.com covering teaching material, interviews, reviews of equipment, articles, online forum support and maintenance. Have done nearly 4000 gigs in Europe (Greece, France, Belgium, Holland, UK, Scotland, Wales, Germany, Channel Islands) and in London’s scene including O2 Academy Islington,The Underworld,The Roundhouse and many more. Have appeared in the O2 Priority advert in 2008 and in many band video clips.

As an experienced composer, songwriter, arranger and lyricist have achieved to apply my music services to many individual artists and bands. Very good knowledge of Pc (Windows 98, XP, Vista, 7, Microsoft office) and Mac OSX (Leopard, Snow Leopard, Mavericks, El Capitano, iLife, Final Cut Pro, Pages, Numbers, iCloud). Advanced level knowledge of recording and programming on the following software: Notion Music Progression, Guitar Pro (v5, v6), midi programming, Toontrack (EZdrummer-Superior Drummer), IK Multimedia software (Any), Steinberg Cubase (SX2, SX3, 4, 5, 6, 7) Apple Logic (8, 9), Digidesign Pro tools (8, 9, 10), Waves Plugins.

Have been teaching privately electric and acoustic guitar on all styles and levels, Classical guitar up to Grade 4 and Ukulele, with contemporary or old approach, meanwhile teaching group lessons part time on JCM Music School. Have taught for a year and a half at OakFarm Junior school groups of 2-4 kids and have created the "rock band" after school activity as well where kids get to learn a song and play together as a band and perform it over the course of the term. Students age ranges from 5-62 years old. Teaching abilities include lesson planning, aiming, set targets and goals, preparing students to meet requirements and expectations of exams. Experienced in one to one lessons, groups of two or more for the purpose of understanding the concept of playing with other people in a band situation or and musical communication and direction. Explanation of psychology, rhythm, time keeping and proper musical approach to any musical situation and expectations. Providing teaching material for beginners to very advanced including techniques, sight reading, music theory and harmony, examples, exercises, ear training, backing tracks, intervals understanding, music technology, midi programming and arranging, software recording, studio recording, mixing and producing.
